I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

I currently only offer SFW (Safe For Work) artwork.

Communication will be held via Reddit DM or Discord.

All prices are in USD.

Payment must be made upfront via PayPal Invoice (Goods & Services).

Work will begin only after the payment has been received.

Note: As these commissions are currently used to fund emergency vet bills for my cat, I appreciate your understanding that I cannot offer payment plans at this time.

Sketch Phase: I will send you a rough sketch for approval. You can request major changes here (pose, expression, etc.).

Final Phase: Once the sketch is approved, I will proceed to lines and color.

Revisions: Two rounds of minor revisions (color tweaks, small details) are included for free. Major structural changes after the sketch phase will incur an additional fee.

Artist Rights: I retain the copyright to the artwork. I reserve the right to post the artwork in my portfolio and on social media (unless a "private commission" is requested and paid for).

Client Rights: You receive a high-resolution file for personal use. You may repost it (with credit), use it as an icon/avatar, or print it for yourself.

Commercial Use: Commercial use (merchandise, reselling, etc.) is not permitted unless discussed and paid for separately.

AI/NFT: Under no circumstances is my art allowed to be used for AI training or as an NFT!!!!

A full refund is only possible if I have not yet started the sketch.

If you cancel during the sketch phase, a 50% refund will be issued.

No refunds will be issued once the artwork is finished.

No refunds for inaccuracies: Refunds cannot be requested due to inaccuracies in the piece. Instead, you are encouraged to request an edit/revision during the appropriate phase (see Section 3).

Right to Cancel: A commission can be cancelled by either party at any time without the need for further explanation.

If I am unable to finish your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Digital Product: All purchases are digital. No physical items will be shipped.

Delivery: High-resolution PNG files will be delivered via Discord (or Email upon request).

File Storage: Once the final file has been sent, the client is responsible for its storage. I do not guarantee long-term backups or the resending of files after the commission is closed.

These Terms of Service apply to all commissions unless a separate, written agreement is made between the Artist and the Client.
